Things to know before you enquire.
Do we need to buy new software?
We configure and manage supported security capabilities. Suitable software licences are purchased and owned by your business; additional licences may be necessary for certain services.
What happens if we need more users?
Each package includes a set number of users, with a clearly stated monthly charge for additional users.
Are training and simulations included?
All tiers include awareness resources. Annual virtual training and a business email simulation are included from Enhanced upwards. More frequent programmes are available as add-ons.
Is Cyber Essentials support available?
Yes. Tier 3 includes certification support, and ongoing Cyber Essentials support is also available as an add-on. Initial applications and significant remediation may be separately quoted.
