How to leverage opportunities from AI generated content

AI-generated content is set to become significantly more common in 2025, presenting both great opportunities and some risks.

AI can create amazing and engaging content for your business, including personalised proposals, marketing materials with AI-generated versions of yourself embedded in the content, and even AI-generated podcasts using the voices of your team.

However, it also poses a growing threat, with financial damages projected to hit US$40 billion in the next two years from AI-generated scams, with deepfakes making them more effective.

As a firm that specialises in providing cyber security services, we strongly recommend preparing for this transition. Ensure you validate any software you use, suitably protect your data and, crucially, educate your clients on how you will communicate with them (and by proxy how you will not).

As an interesting project while exploring the use of AI and deepfakes, we teamed up with our marketing agency, Cloud Marketing, to prepare an AI-generated podcast discussing deepfakes in the finance industry, which explores the associated opportunities and risks. The full recording is available below.

Note: The above podcast was generated using NotebookLM from Google and edited in Logic Pro and Final Cut Pro, brought to life in collaboration with Cloud Marketing and Proudface Music.

Jordan Gall

Jordan Gall is a passionate technologist with extensive experience supporting businesses across Europe, Asia, and Australasia. He has a strong foundation in cybersecurity, holding a Bachelor of Information Technology from Griffith University in Australia. Jordan has dedicated his career to bridging the gap between technology and business efficiency.

In 2020, Jordan joined Buchanan Technology, a global cybersecurity firm, where he serves as Head of Cyber. His vision is to establish Buchanan Technology as a worldwide leader in accessible cybersecurity services for small and medium businesses.

Jordan recently relocated back to Australia in 2024 to get away from the hustle-and-bustle city lifestyle, allowing him to focus on some personal goals (a lot of which will be immortalised in LinkedIn) and spend time with his family.

When he's not leading cybersecurity initiatives, Jordan engages in emerging innovations and eagerly awaits a contact lens version of the Apple Vision Pro. Outside of tech, you can find him on the tennis court, cricket field or playing the drums and composing music.
